Come try one of our Group Fitness classes! All classes are $5 per session, or $45 per month for unlimited number of classes. Class and times vary month-to-month.

Body Sculpt: Incorporates muscle strengthening and toning for upper & lower body; includes core training. Uses weights & stability ball. (Teacher: Ruth) 

Body Tune Up For Seniors: Designed for senior adults consisting of a warm-up, light strength training, stretching and balance. (Teacher: Carolyn) 

Conquerors: An energetic and inspirational strength training class for all fitness levels. This class is designed to bring out the Conqueror within! (Teacher: Carolyn)

defined ׀ STRENGTH: Define your muscles with an intense blend of compound strengthening exercises that utilize hand weights, exercise balls, and/or resistance bands, and are set to fun, energizing music! (Teacher: Alexis)

HIIT: This class involves high-intensity interval training that emphasizes cardio and muscle work. It will incorporate body resistance exercises with some weight resistance exercises. This class keeps your body working at maximum capacity through the entire workout. (Teacher: Brett)

Immerse:  (Teacher: Kristen)

Insanity: Intense interval training using body weight exercises. (Teacher: Robyn)

Kickboxing/Bootcamp: A mix of intense cardio drills, strength training and plyometrics. (Teacher: Ruth) 

Mash-Up: Piyo meets insanity. This class uses interval training with a mixture of Pilates and Yoga. Only offered on specified Saturdays in the mornings. (Teacher: Robyn)

Pilates: Focuses on exercises that teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. (Teachers: Lauren) 

Piyo: A music driven athletic workout inspired by Yoga and Pilates that includes flexibility training, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. It is low impact and offers modifications for all levels. (Teacher: Robyn)

Strength Works: A conditioning class for all ages & fitness levels; utilizes free weights, resistance bands, & stability ball. A slower tempo & variety of exercises target each major muscle group & more. (Teacher: Sarah)

Super Pumped: 45 minutes of a dynamic blend of exercises that strengthen and sculpt abs, gluts, arms, and core (Teacher: Carolyn)

Turning Point: Dawson's group indoor cycling class, known worldwide as "Spinning®". If you can ride a bike, you can succeed and have awesome results with this class. (Teacher: Carolyn) *Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to this class to allow for warm-up and proper bike set-up. 

Turning Point PLUS: A fun and calorie burning ride that finishes strong with abdominal and core exercises. (Teacher: Carolyn) *Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to this class to allow for warm-up and proper bike set-up. 

Yoga: A beginner/intermediate class that utilizes your body weight for resistance. (Teachers: Ted and Kathy)
