ADOPTED: Home Fire Station #1

Dawson Middle School students will spend time at Homewood's Fire Station #1 for pumpkin carving!

Over the last few years, the middle school students have taken the time to write the firemen and women letters of encouragment, deliver gifts, and do an annual pumpkin carving event at the station. 

Last year, the men and women were incredibly encouraged.  We also got to learn about the firetrucks, the rescue equipment, and see the truck extend it's ladder up into the night sky.  Some firefighters even came to Dawson and spoke at at Sunday School.
