About the Speaker: Dr. Richard Couey, Professor Emeritus of Health Sciences at Baylor University - In his 37 years in the health and fitness field he has authored 30 books and over 100 articles. He has worked in professional sports as a former Physical Fitness Consultant for the Texas Rangers, as Exercise Physiology Consultant for the U.S. Olympic Team, and played professionally for the Chicago Cubs.

Target Audience: ANYONE who would like to improve their health.
