DYP Winter Retreat

A Winter Retreat for Dawson’s Young Professionals group is scheduled for Friday-Sunday, February 5-7, 2016.  Held at Camp Dawson, this will be an incredible weekend of fun, spiritual challenge, and encouragement! 

Our Speaker:  Andy Wood
Andy teaches Bible at Restoration Academy in Fairfield, Alabama.  After a lifetime of struggling through the doldrums of a white-knuckled Christian life, Andy was awakened five years ago to this glorious reality – God has spoken to us through His Word, and in His Word there is meaning and joy beyond compare.  Since that day, Andy’s goal has been to make that truth known to everyone he meets.

Friday, February 5
6:00 p.m.     Meet at Dawson’s Parking Deck (if you’re riding with us)
8:30 p.m.     Arrive and Unload Vans
9:00 p.m.     Session 1 – Intro and Discussion
11:00 p.m.   Bed Time (if you want)

Saturday, February 6
8:30 a.m.     Breakfast
9:30 a.m.     Session 2
10:30 a.m.   Free Time (football, other outside activities)
12 Noon      Lunch
1:00 p.m.     Free Time (Ropes Course, football, etc.)
5:00 p.m.     Clean Up for Dinner
6:00 p.m.     Dinner
7:30 p.m.     Session 3
9:00 p.m.     Free Time
11:00 p.m.   Bed Time

Sunday, February 7
8:00 a.m.     Breakfast
9:00 a.m.     Session 4
10:00 a.m.   Clean Up All Areas / Pack Up
11:00 a.m.   Head Home
