Rising Fitness - Spring Sessions
This spring we're excited to bring back our Teen Girls Rising Fitness class! This class is designed to teach the fundamentals of strength training, safe equipment use, and to cultivate a Christ-centered relationships alongside healthy habits!
Your teen has never worked out? Not a problem- this class will teach them the basics they need to work out safely and give them confidence to work out on their own. Is your teen already an athlete? Perfect - this session will help keep them conditioned through the spring, so they are prepared for their sports.
