Sponsor A Child!

"It is more blessed to give than to receive."  Acts 20:35

6th-8th grade students have an exciting opportunity to impact the life of a child on the other side of the world.  Beginning Sunday, December 2, students are encouraged to bring their own* money to contribut to the sponsorship of a child in Swaziland.  Money will be collected on Sundays and Wednesdays during the month of December.  We hope to collect enough money to sponsor one child for one year.  We will commit to pray for this child and the ministry of Children's Hope Chest, as well as writing to our sponsored child throughout the year.

*We have talked about ways for students to earn/save their own money.  For example, extra chores at home, creative fundraisers, giving up sodas, etc.
