Caroline grew up in the panhandle of Florida and moved to Birmingham to attend college at Samford University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Christian Ministry. She served as a BETA intern for two years before joining Dawson's staff in 2025 as the Children’s Ministry Associate. She is currently pursuing her Master of Divinity with concentrations in Baptist Studies and Theology, Medicine, and Culture from Duke Divinity School, and is passionate about encouraging others to use their unique gifts and experiences to glorify God. Caroline and her husband, James, love going on walks and spending time with friends, family, and new friends along the way. Caroline also enjoys reading, doing just about anything outside, and is rarely far from a Dr. Pepper.
