You are invited to an "easy" exercise class in a comfortable group setting. The goal of the class is to participate in exercises that will help improve strength, flexibility, and balance. This free class taught by Debbie Moss is every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. in Room 100 West. The group will finish in time for you to attend Mid-Day Bible Study in the Social Hall.
