Dawson Student Ministry offers Sunday morning Life Groups for 6th-12th grade students using the Gospel Project curriculum from Lifeway. The Gospel Project helps students center their lives on the gospel, replacing the desire to be “good” with the empowering transformation that comes only from Jesus Christ. Our Gospel Project lessons are led by adult leaders who are screened and go through a background check. Each grade is divided into small groups of boys and small groups of girls.

When do we meet?

Each Sunday morning from  9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at Dawson or virtually through Zoom. Contact dsm@dawsonchurch.org to get the weekly link for Zoom, or sign up for our weekly emails.

Where do we meet?

Student Life Groups meet in our student ministry spaces on the 3rd floor of the main Sanctuary building.
Here is a look at where each grade is meeting:
6th Grade in 342
7th Grade in 343
8th Grade in 341
9th Grade in 325
10th Grade in 322
11th Grade in 320
12th Grade in 361

Do I need reservations?

Reservations for student Life Groups are not required. We continue to ask all adults and children (1st grade and older) who attend worship services to wear a mask or other face covering while in the buildings.

How are social distancing guidelines followed?

We’re following the Alabama health order and Dawson’s overall direction, so we ask that students keep their mask on when inside Dawson’s buildings.
