For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience..

Annie Armstrong Easter Offering

The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions is the primary way that Southern Baptists work together to impact our country. Our U.S. mission force faces the challenge of taking the Gospel to 371 million people where spiritual and cultural divides are deep and growing. This offering supports the planting of Gospel preaching churches across our country and sharing the love of Jesus Christ. Please consider supporting North American missions through this offering.

Will you serve with us at KidLife? Monday–Thursday, June 3–6, 9:00 a.m.–Noon

KidLife, Dawson’s version of VBS, will be held on campus June 3–6. Our theme this year is “Pass the Torch,” and we will need hundreds of volunteers to join our Summer Olympics Team to teach preschoolers and children to let their lights shine as they Love Jesus, Believe the Bible, Serve others, and Share the good news about Jesus. First time to volunteer? New volunteers are placed with veteran KidLife teachers. Classes rotate through various activities throughout the morning, and all training, curriculum, and supplies will be provided for you. Adults and students can learn more about KidLife and sign up to serve at dawsonchurch.org/KidLife.

Help Needed With Parking

Church family, please help us accommodate our guests and those who need close-proximity parking when coming to Dawson. As we gather for church on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings, would you please park in our Parking Building that is directly across from our Sanctuary on Oxmoor Road where there is ample parking for everyone? This will allow the spaces that are closer to our church buildings available for guests and for our senior adults who may have mobility concerns. Please take note of the areas that are specifically designated for guests, those in handicapped vehicles, senior adults, and for Hearts & Hands families.
