Worship
Sunday Mornings
8:30 or 9:45 a.m. // Worship in the FRC
11:00 a.m. // College Life Group in the Loft (3rd floor, Arendall Building)
Dawson Worship services happen at 8:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m., and 11:00 a.m. We encourage college students to attend the 8:30 or 9:45 a.m. service and join us in the Loft at 11:00 a.m. for College Life Group.
Tuesday Nights
AUXANO is our weeknight worship service for college students and young adults. We meet every Tuesday during the semester and throughout the summer at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel on Dawson’s campus. Together, we seek to worship God through song, prayer, and the Word.
During the summer, we also share a weekly dinner and time of fellowship. Dinner begins at 6:15 p.m., followed by worship at 7:00 p.m. We'd love for you to join us!
Discipleship
Life Group: Sunday Mornings
This is a great way to meet other college-age students here in Birmingham and the surrounding area. We dive into the Word together each week and are led in a lesson by one of our College Life Group Leaders. College Life Group meets at 11:00 a.m. in the Loft (3rd floor, Arendall Building).
Village: Monday or Thursday Nights
Village is a great opportunity to get a taste of the community here at Dawson. These groups meet either Monday or Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. during the semester in a church member’s home. Come enjoy food with us at the beginning of our weekly time in the Word. For more information about group locations, please contact Cole Griffith, or follow the information in our Instagram bio.

Rest Weeks
Resist || Restore
Resist the urge to do more. Meet with God to be restored.
On Rest Weeks, Dawson College Ministry will pause all College events through the week (excluding Life Group). To rest is to create time and space for meditation on what the LORD has taught you and to practice the truth of our limits and dependence on God. God works when we are weary.
Fall: October 12, 2026 and November 23, 2026
Spring: March 1, 2027 and April 5, 2027
Service and Mission
Dawson's College Ministry is a ministry of service to the church, the community, and the world. Our college students are actively serving here in various ministries and with other organizations around the city. We also help to send college students on the numerous mission trips that our church offers each year.
