Special Needs Ministry

Welcome to Dawson Special Needs Ministry!

At Dawson, we believe every person is wonderfully made in the image of God (Psalm 139:14; Genesis 1:26). Our Special Needs Ministry exists to share that truth by creating a place where individuals with special needs and their families can belong and grow. We want every person who walks through our doors to know they have a unique purpose and a vital place in the body of Christ.

We offer two Sunday morning Life Groups—Hearts & Hands and the Adult Special Needs Class—which are both spaces where individuals can learn about Jesus in ways that are meaningful and engaging while building friendships. Beyond Sundays, we regularly host fellowship events and family activities.

Interested in serving with us?

Only skill required: compassion! God has given each of us with unique gifts and abilities. If you desire to serve with our special needs ministry, we have a place for you! We are always in need of volunteers on Sunday mornings and during special events.
