If I Die Before I Wake: A Biblical Exploration of Death and Life to Come

CO-ED Wednesdays Beginning January 10 // 11:00 a.m., Chapel // 6:00 p.m., Social Hall // 15 Weeks

We all have questions about death and the life beyond. Despite the strong assurance the Bible gives us about life beyond the grave, Christians are often troubled by many questions related to death. What will happen on the day of judgment? Will we have bodies in heaven? Will there be rewards in heaven? Will we recognize and truly know our loved ones? During this semester, Pastor David (and several other Dawson Ministry Staff members) will shed light on these questions and many more as we look to God’s word to see what the Bible teaches about dying, death, and life beyond the grave.

Come And See

CO-ED Wednesdays beginning January 10 //6:00 p.m. // 252 North // 11 Weeks

The Bible invites us to know God and have eternal life. That makes reading, understanding, and applying Scripture the most important journey we will ever take, but it can be difficult without a guide to provide direction. In Come and See, Jonathan Pennington helps readers understand what it means to know God from the Bible and details three effective approaches to interpreting Scripture. This study will help equip readers to gain wisdom and know God better.

Without Wavering

WOMEN Wednesdays beginning February 28 // 9:30 a.m. // 254 North // 8 Weeks

Enduring, resilient, and courageous—these are qualities we want to use to describe our faith in God. But the truth is that faith is hard, especially when trials, setbacks, and failures seem to define us. How do we trust God day in and day out? Through hope in Jesus, you can become the woman who weathers the storms of life with renewed strength and confidence in who God is and who He says you are.
