Broccoli Cranberry Salad




3 bunches broccoli, chopped

½ cup sweetened, dried cranberries

½ cup golden raisins

½ cup chopped walnuts

1 red onion, chopped

¼ cup chopped celery

¼ cup green bell pepper

¼ cup red bell pepper

¾ cup mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Buttermilk, to taste





Combine broccoli, cranberries, raisins, walnuts, red onion, celery, green and red bell peppers. Set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients in blender, adding buttermilk until dressing is to desired thickness. Process until well combined. Pour over broccoli mixture. Toss gently and refrigerate.
