Safety and Social Media for Concerned Parents

Children between the ages of 8 to 12 spend an average of 6 hours a day on media. Teens average 9 hours a day. As a parent, are you concerned about what your kids are seeing and doing while online? Would you like to know about software and strategies that will help you keep your children and teens safe? If so, join us for this very important program. Jeff Richardson, Instructional Technology Specialist for Hoover City Schools, will educate parents on everything they need to know about what is trending in youth cultures and social media these days and ways you can stay on top of it all.
