You are invited to an "easy" exercise class in a comfortable group setting. The goal of the class is to participate in exercises that will help improve strength, flexibility, and balance. This free class taught by Debbie Moss is every Monday from 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. in the Social Hall. The group will finish in time for you to attend Mid-Day Bible Study in the Social Hall.
