KidLife, Dawson’s version of VBS, will be held on campus June 3–6. Our theme this year is “Pass the Torch,” and we will need hundreds of volunteers to join our Summer Olympics Team to teach preschoolers and children to let their lights shine as they Love Jesus, Believe the Bible, Serve others, and Share the good news about Jesus. First time to volunteer? New volunteers are placed with veteran KidLife teachers. Classes rotate through various activities throughout the morning, and all training, curriculum, and supplies will be provided for you. Adults and students can learn more about KidLife and sign up to serve at dawsonchurch.org/KidLife.

Resist the urge to do more. Meet with God to be restored. On Rest Weeks, Dawson College Ministry will pause all College events through the week (excluding Life Group). To rest is to create time and space for meditation on what the LORD has taught you and to practice the truth of our limits and dependence on God. God works when we are weary.

College Spring Retreat

Dawson’s College Ministry is headed back to Camp Dawson for a weekend together balancing purpose and play. We are excited to welcome Dr. Joshua Chatraw and Garrison Pavel to lead our gatherings. The theme for the weekend is SALT + LIGHT. We’ll talk through Matthew 5:13–16 and discuss how to live and witness to Christ in a secular age.
