March Memory Verse

For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience..

Will you serve with us at KidLife? Monday–Thursday, June 3–6, 9:00 a.m.–Noon

KidLife, Dawson’s version of VBS, will be held on campus June 3–6. Our theme this year is “Pass the Torch,” and we will need hundreds of volunteers to join our Summer Olympics Team to teach preschoolers and children to let their lights shine as they Love Jesus, Believe the Bible, Serve others, and Share the good news about Jesus. First time to volunteer? New volunteers are placed with veteran KidLife teachers. Classes rotate through various activities throughout the morning, and all training, curriculum, and supplies will be provided for you. Adults and students can learn more about KidLife and sign up to serve at dawsonchurch.org/KidLife.

The Dawson Anniversary Identifiers Team made short work of Dawson’s archives of photos and slides. In less than a month, they sorted thousands of these items into decades and category groups. God’s faithfulness continues through these capable volunteers. There will be many opportunities to serve as plans are made to celebrate Dawson’s 100 year anniversary in April 2025.
